Oh, and they broke another Cosmic anomaly in last patch too (No respawn in Drone Horde whatsoever). Why would someone, who never run bots, suffer?

I do fit two large railguns and six mega beams on my apoc. Along with setting free about 1k pg it also gives me a portion of kinetic damage to deal. Additionally mega beams and 425s have a comparable range/dps/rof/cap usage.
